RETURN PROCESS:

In the event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise inaccurate, you must email a high-quality photo of the problem area together with your order details to support@comelyliving.com. (in the first stage, you can speed things up by sending the image or video over email or Whatsapp. Our QA department will investigate whether or not it meets the criteria for a refund. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your request to return goods has been processed, we will coordinate its reverse pickup. Return Policy

Within 7 days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund. The reimbursements will be issued in form of Store Credits or through the same way of payment as in the order placing. Store Credits are the fastest manner of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are normally completed within 24-48 hours. All other refunds (save for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. If you made a purchase with a credit card, for instance, the charge will be made to that card. You may expect your online refund to be handled within 7 business days. It often takes NEFT transactions around 5 days to complete, however, credit card refunds will appear on the following billing statement.
